Universal Full Stack App, what would you pick?
What would you folks use if you were to build a full stack universal mobile + web application/starter nowadays? 
(a general starting point pretty much)
This was just something I put together on a high level but would love to get your input on things you think are missing, should be changed or if you have any input on it in general
