how do i make it so there is less delay whenever i click and whenever the sound actually plays

1. what are your computer specs? 2. does this always happen? (i mean does it only happen when you're playing a game, or does it also happen when you're just on the desktop without anything running)

always happend and ive got a 3060 ti 16gb ram and a ryzen 5 3600

Fps-DropsI Found out that when i use mechakeys while playing fortnite i get massive fps drops for no reason bugi had 2000 keystrokes and i lost them for no reason can i have them back please?0 keycapsI just hit 1 mil keystrokes but it doesnt sync and i cant claim my keycaps.
