can’t configure anything

I appligize in very new to this, I’ve read through the documentation multiple times but 1. If I add the torrent widget it says I need to add a supported torrent client, but clicking edit on it doesn’t give me any options to add it, if I make a new app it lets me add integration, my transmission instance doesn’t require username and password yet homarr wont let me leave them blank and even if I put dummy info it says the ip is an invalid url despite it asking for an “internal IP-address of the app” 2. I can view my docker containers if I go to manage/tools but if I select them and click “add to homarr” it “adds them” but the address is just “http://localhost” and doesn’t actually do anything if I click on it

Even the “What’s an internal address” area in the doccumentation says it is often an ip address yet if I type in an ip address it says it’s invalid

Hi. 1.1. The way the system works, you add an app corresponding to the service you have on your homelab. In this case it is Transmission. And then the widgets will automatically make the connection using the apps. 1.2. We force users to use passwords for better security practices, it is not a good idea to leave a service like that, especially one that can access files, without password. A closed environment is not as safe as one might think. 2.1. First, you have to understand the way internal and external addresses work. Internal addresses is the one that homarr can use to communicate with the service, often they are on the same machine and thus will have a different address than the one you use yourself. External address is the one you have to use when you want to access that app in your browser. Internal is for homarr, external is for you. 2.2. Using the docker tool is good, try using that and just change the internal address with the one you use and don't forget to add credentials to your services
