RelationshipConstraint with IsRelatedToOperator

Has anyone tried to use the RelationshipConstraint with IsRelatedToOperator yet? I am getting an exception “is operator can only be used with relationship contraints” Getting this error even if I copy and paste the example from the docs. Thought I would check on here before I look further / raise an issue/PR
