Rogue site using Cloudflare

We have a situation where a bad actor is using Cloudfare services
Crypto currency is being stolen by these guys and not just from our community
Cloudflare service (unknowingly) is assisting in them being successful.
Any idea how to get Cloudflare to ban them?
