Responsive Layout Issues

Hello, I'm having some difficulties making my layout responsive. From my Chrome POV, everything looks decent. That is until I open on my phone and everything looks entirely different. Any Suggestions or Tips would be greatly appreciated! Here's the link - https://nickscharpit.com/
