Title of Dashboard
Can we remove the title of dashboard or replace it with some other text like 'Total Product: 350' . or do i need to make a custom page and replace the whole dashboard?

If you extend the default Dashboard, you can set the desired properties there. It's just a couple lines of code.
And then remove the default dashboard listed in the Panel config since you've extended it and don't need the base one anymore.
