How do i stop slumping

i usually tap heads with a 40 percent hs% dropping 30 bombs all the time having almost double K/D and now i can barely get 10 kills with 8 percent hs% im silver one. dropped to bronze. i bought some vp so now the only exciting thing about valorant is waiting for a new shop. now i just lost all gamesense, aim movement, callouts and overall motivation and self confidence. please help
