Styles not loading for standalone Form Builder

The styles for the radio button don't seem to load. Its possibly that the default color isn't being set. I am only using Filament Forms as a standalone and I have loaded the styles and scripts on the layout.

never mind, figured it out, I have important set to true on the tailwind config causing it to break
