I just wanted to check as I read over the Welcome page and noted if we send a direct message to the bot with our email address is will advise us of our place in the line. I did that and it said it did not know what I mean? Am I doing something wrong? I did receive an email back a few weeks ago once I submitted my request on the website so assuming I am in the system.
