Uploading photo always shows loading

I used a filament form to upload a photo. The phote displays well on the frontend. However, when I then edit the object I don't get to see the photo. It always says "Waiting for size" and "Loading" (see screenshot).
This used to work before (I could see the photo in edit form)

Any idea on how to fix this?
