is there any problem with dns resolution?

i added my domain to cloudflare some time ago and i started editing the dns zone today. it's been 6 hours and still no DNS record is being resolved correctly. is there any kind of outage that i'm not aware of? everything looks fine on https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/
the domain is paltrinieri.ovh
edit: it seems that no record is working, not even the R2 one
