Show parents' names in a form, preferably as a link.

Hello guys. I want to display data about the parent models in a form. Something like his name as a url that, if the user wants, can go to the parent resource. In this case, the viewing resource is deply nested (5 levels) and I would like to provide quick access to parent resources (user convenience). Any directions you can point me to?
