Twitch Alerts On Overlay Expert
Twitch now has its own alert builder. I have made alerts with this builder and copied the browser source into overlay expert and my alerts do not work. I'm unsure why. Any help would be great. Thanks

cant say for sure but unless twitch allows widgets on extensions i dont think so
I'm a bit confused. OverlayExpert says it will work with an OBS alert browser source. So it will accept OBS alerts but not twitch alerts but its a twitch extention?
Overlay expert has its own alerts built in

Yeah i'm aware. However i want an alert when someone redeems a channel point redemption that they do not have to type in a response.
I stream from consol and use Overlay Expert

Correct you explained that to me in my last QnA. I'm trying to find a work around. I have a 1st in chat redemption that i would like to celebrate
I've actually got a few redemptions that i'd like to have alerts for that do not have the user input any text. I'm just looking for a way to display those alerts
Asof right now I don't think there is a work around for channel points as overlay expert would need additional permissions to interact with channel points more
Only way to do that would be to use obs with a Brower source which you can't do from direct console streaming
Right, I view Overlay Expert as one of the only ways for consol streamers to have overlays. Unfotunaly it seems to have some limitations.

Yea all limitations on overlay expert is on the fault of twitch we can only use what twitch gives/allows
