Steam updates don't seem to apply
I'm running Bazzite Deck version on an HTCP. I just installed it a few days ago, rebasing from Kinonite since it wouldn't install with the Bazzite image.
My issue is that Steam updates don't seem to stick. Settings > System says that the build date of Steam is 12/7. I'll get a notification that there's a Steam update, I'll apply it, then upon rebooting the settings screen still says I'm on the 12/7 Steam build. Applying Steam updates on desktop mode doesn't seem to help either.

Solution
We aren't able to change the changelog, those are both steam and system updates.
