"Ongoing" downtime, even as server shows online

As you can see, on 12/14 it claims the server went down, and is still ongoingly down. However, later that same day and on subsequent days, it sees the server going down and coming back up, and of course, still sees the server as online.
This is direly affecting the uptime history.

I'd kinda like to not get to 300hours of lost ranking either though ;x
Once it re-calculates you go up anyway, ranking is also not calculated off down time, so it doesn't factor in.
How is server rank calculated?
Server ranks are calculated one of two ways: If the game provides a way to retrieve the player list, we calculate rank based on the average number of hours play
I understand, but players seeing false unstable stats and skipping joining does effect it. If nothing can be done, well, okay, but I was hoping it could get looked at.
Hordicus may review when able, but as I stated, last time it did resolve itself.
