Config palet color in admin panel

I'm sorry for my English. I want to customize the colors used by the filament administration panel, according to the documentation (https://filamentphp.com/docs/2.x/admin/appearance) I must install some npm dependencies but the problem is that npm cannot be installed on my production server... Is there a way to modify the panel colors without having to build... I was thinking about making filament take a css file and customize the styles from there but I don't know if it's possible. I know what I'm asking is a bit complex, any help is welcome.
