Is bazzite-gnome-deck:testing broken on the OLED SteamDeck?

I've been running bazzite on my oled steamdeck for about a week now by rebasing to testing after installing. Everything was working great, have updated a couple times without issue, but after running rpm-ostree upgrade my steamdeck just shows a black screen, doesn't boot past the uefi splash logo. The behavior is the same when entering the boot menu and selecting fedora as well. So I formatted my steamdeck and reinstalled bazite. This time when rebasing to testing I had the exact same behavior as after I upgraded earlier today, no ability to boot into the OS, which suggests to me the latest image might have broken compatibility somehow. Does anyone know if the current bazzite-gnome-deck testing image is broken? If so is there any way to pull a previously released testing image that was functioning totally fine until a stable release exists for OLED deck owners? Thanks!

Just updated to the latest testing and it's working fine -- not able to reproduce I'm on bazzite-gnome-deck as well can you get a log?

I am also seeing this issue. No error screen, just UEFI bootsplash and no progression even after waiting 30+ minutes did the install on my htpc outside of the deck. :testing would not boot but when i put the m.2 back in the deck it booted. Maybe it should be noted that :testing is only really tested against the OLED for now?

:testing is tested in a VM, on a real desktop, on the OLED deck, on the Legion GO, and on the Ally I know of no hardware-specific issues with failure to boot

My bad for presuming. Probably just a cranky configuration 😉 Have a good holiday!
