Robocop - rogue city does not launch
Hi, trying to run Robocop - rogue city, bought in EGS, on Manjaro 6.6.8-2 (I have this game for some time, on earlier 6.1 kernel same issue), and it doesn't start. Tried both Wine and Proton of different versions. Have installed vcrun2022, vkd3d in winetricks.
Wine and proton logs attached. On some proton versions like wine 7-43 and proton 8-25 initial logo sounds play (no video with any versions), and then it crashes anyway.
I've tried also a few options from https://www.protondb.com/app/1681430, like PROTON_ENABLE_NVAPI=1 and VKD3D_CONFIG=dxr12, no luck.
I also have a few other relatively new games like cyberpunk 2077, the invincible, terminator - resistance, they run with no issues.

udev looks to be in a bad state? maybe you need a reboot..
I'd make sure you installed the wine dependencies on the https://discord.com/channels/812703221789097985/1044301598018515105 thread and check the "use system libraries" option on heroic
You can probably turn on esync and fsync

I have this issue for a few weeks now, was hoping that new wine\proton versions will fix, so I've rebooted a few times, reinstalled the game in the fresh wine context, no luck. I'm using flatpak version, so not sure what dependencies to check. I've tried to check 'prefer system libraries' under 'Other' section (available only for wine I think), also esync and fsync, same result.

I have everything enabled, the only thing is I have wine instead of wine-staging, so I've changed wine to wine-staging; but result is the same, game is not starting with a lot of 'err:vkd3d-proton:dxgi_vk_swap_chain_recreate_swapchain_in_present_task: Failed to create swapchain, vr -3' in the log
I think it's the only Unreal engine 5 game I have, and the only I cannot run in heroic launcher

I think Heroic doesn't have the latest 2.11.1 vkd3d-proton release yet, though I'm not aware of any issues that have been fixed in relation to Robocop specifically
Although the Nvidia drivers have been having a bunch of issues lately
(without knowing if its actually the driver here)

I have checked the game periodically, and last Friday it's just started. I think game itself and heroic launcher have been updated a few times since my last post, so not sure what exactly helped
