Any good quality brands for outerwear? Probably gonna buy a quilted from Barbour. Looking for other good quality brands.

That's probably the pinnacle in terms of quality
Go to eBay and troll for good Harris tweed overcoats or surplus/vintage peacoats, you can get those really cheap and the material is super hard wearing and usually looks just fine
Also, look for balmacaans/raglan sleeves, that shoulder type is super forgiving with sizing up if you find something just a little too big.
Field jackets, cockpit USA has great ones for $$$ that are built to milspec, Bronson in China makes really respectable ones for half the cost of cockpit
I just bought a nice wool/cashmere blend J.Crew overcoat for absolute buttons second hand.
Also seconding Bronson making amazing stuff for the cost
