go to settings > logs and share the Heroic and the Legendary/Epic logs here have you tried with plain email+password authentication?

what about the Heroic logs? those are probably really long, it's better to upload those instead of a screenshot it will be impossible to read with a screenshot

the log has a lot of information, it doesn't fit in a screenshot, you have to upload the whole log file here, you can click show log file in folder and upload the file you can install discord on your steam deck to do that
