Aim getting worse than ever

Hey so im constantly playing valo for a few weeks now, was even able to hit plat. But in the last days, my aim keeps getting worse and worse, so much that I now deranked all the way back to silver 3( and still going). What is causing this and is there any way I can get rid of it?
