Sweater Polo Recommendations
I'm looking to pick up a few plain, solid color sweater polos for casual wear and to possibly serve as a base layer if I wanted to wear a jacket or coat. I live in an area where winters are typically on the milder side (62F outside as I type this) so something on the thinner side is preferred. I generally lean towards more form-fitting as opposed to baggy. For reference, Spier & Mackay's merino wool sweaters in a size small fit great.
I had seen that Macy's was advertising a sale on Club Room Merino Wool Blend Polo Sweaters (pictured below) for $30, down from $75, and was curious if anyone had experience with them. I know Club Room has a less-than-stellar reputation, but wondered if it might be worth it at that price.
What other brands would you recommend? As much as I do like the quality of S&M's merino sweaters, I don't like that they are listed as dry clean only. I'd like to keep it below $75-100 if possible, including better options that may fall into that range when purchased on eBay etc.
