Pod stuck trying to install dependencies.

Hi just started a new pod running the Krita/comfyui template, tried installing some of my own custom extensions via install manager, restarted the pod for it to take effect now its stuck trying to install something and won't move. Any help appreciate.. Its stuck on this message "Cannot import /workspace/ComfyUI/custom_nodes/ComfyUI_essentials module for custom nodes: No module named 'comfy_extras.nodes_stable3d' 2023-12-28T02:36:32.633321825Z Module 'pyOpenSSL' not installed. did you have enough storage or is it a big dependency?

No it was just that in order to install the bigger extensions I needed to run it in a jupyter notebook and do it from command line.
