Try updating, latest build may resolve this
I have this problem in holoiso. I added "--force-orientation left" to gamescope-session but I can't find this file on bazzite.
this was renamed to gamescope-session-plus upstream
but this is an immutable OS so you won't be able to modify it.
My patch last night restored --force-orientation to our copy of Gamescope, if this device isn't already in device-quirks it'll need to be added

Yesh I just reinstalled and the problem was solved
yep, gamescope session detects for that and does the proper force-orientation
