Storage contents disappear

There isn't a channel for storage so I'm putting it here. At least half a dozen times in the past couple of weeks, the contents of my storage containers have disappeared. The Ooba template is there but the models and other data are gone. I always delete the storage container and start fresh in case it was a freak corruption, but it keeps happening. Your storage capability does not seem to be reliable. This is a problem for me since I'm using your service for research purposes and don't need or want to be paying for the computing power to be always-on.

Are you sure you attached the network storage to your pod? Sounds like you didn't attach it correctly and other people have also thought it was attached when it wasn't actually attached.

I always start from the storage container and load it from there. If it comes up empty, I kill the pod and start from the storage container again to check for user error. Which doesn't mean I'm not making a mistake, of course. But since I have successfully loaded from storage before, it's not that I don't know how to do it.

If there was a problem with storage, lots of people would be reporting issues, not just you.

So, Ashley, here's a little tip from one person working in tech to another. If a user complains of a problem, and you immediately jump to user error, and you can't provide any specific tips on how to diagnose or fix the problem—even a user error problem—you're not helping the user. You're just pissing them off. I can't use this service the way I need to right now. If you can help me use the service in the way I need to, fantastic. I'll be grateful. If not, then insisting the problem must be my fault without helping me learn what I might be doing wrong is wasting your time and mine.

What is storage container? Are u referring to network volume? So the mounts stuff is just disappearing? What pods are u using? / template? Might be accidentally overwriting it?
