not getting sign on bonus from vanguard+gold game passes

This has been happening ever since I bought vanguard, and more recently, gold. I didn’t report it for vanguard thinking it was a glitch but now that I have both gamepasses it’s became a big enough issue for me to have to report it. I’ve had vanguard for 2 weeks and gold for 3 days. And I haven’t got the sign on bonus for any of them. The only time I got it was when I purchased the game pass. Why is this happening and I want my rewards, and I have proof I own the game passes.
