Loop Hero - Steam Deck Cloud Save Sync Not Working

I am essentially testing the cloud saves for epic games.

The force download option appears to work according to the logs but doesn't download any save files to the location on my steam deck.

So I follow the file path to that folder and there are no files there. Quite new to Linux but it looks like it's emulating the windows location under a folder called pfx

yes, that's normal, it's called a wine prefixwine prefix, that has some important windows folders that most windows apps expect

pfxpfx means it's a prefix generated by Proton

try configuring a different folder in the game's settings > cloud sync, just put some other folder, to see if it downloads the file somewhere else

hmmmm it looks like those files are not yet uploaded to the cloud for heroic to download them?

because it is downloading some of those, so I'm guessing the rest are not there to download

Working fine windows to steam deck. Assume there is no compatibility with Mac os even though the file format appears to be the same
