How to access “additional executables” for GOG games?
The official GOG Galaxy, which, just like the official Epic Games Launcher, works quite well on Steamdeck when launched via Proton, has a menu option for each game to launch “Additional executables” such as “Graphic Mode Setup”, “Run Multiplayer Game”, “Manual”, as well as an option to “view patch notes.” Is there any way to access these essential things from Heroic Launcher?

Assuming the game in question has those extra things set up as separate executables: yes, there is.
Open the game's settings and drag and drop the executable you want onto

I'm not sure what the Deck interface looks like; you may have to switch to desktop mode(?) to do this.
