Unable to SSH

I could SSH in with ssh y8z10r63w2hkzp-64410d61@ssh.runpod.io -i ~/.ssh/id_ed25519 but not when using SFTP and SCP enabled SSH with ssh root@24.109.105.158 -p 45044 -i ~/.ssh/id_ed25519. I added my public key to the pod already. Why am I getting an error when trying to SSH. Please help.
