Need help with cloudflare account!

My account was banned last year for some reason.I didn't know at that time that I could appeal via email.So I canceled my account.
But it’s been a year since I tried to register an account through that email address again, but it keeps saying “account exist”

So is there any way for me to re-register with cloudflare using that email address now?
