and does the free plan limits traffic to my domain?
if I added cloudflares nameservers to namecheap custom dns. then free plan is ok and unlimited requestes right to pages?

There is no limits on the amount of active domains you can add, there is only limits on how fast you can add new ones and how many can be "pending" at a time.
There are no traffic limits, as long as your traffic content is following the terms of service https://www.cloudflare.com/terms/
