Just a general question about cloudflare?

I see some website that has this when acessing image from open in new tab:
What is the clouldflare technology behind this?

Do i need to store the image in r2 database + cloudflare cdn to achieve this or i can store image in some thing cheap like wasabi and then use clouldflare cdn with hotlink disable/ scrape shield?
which image url should i store inside my database (MySQL) to serve the image (the cloudflare cdn url/ wasabi image url) for the protection?
