Black Denim Jeans Recommendations?
My old reliable pair of black jeans finally fell apart and need to be replaced. I want to get something that’s good durable quality and comfortable (maybe something flexible too). I was wondering trying something a bit different or trendy. I usually go with a slim fit with the remaining pant fabric being rolled/folded. I was considering brands like Carhartt and All Saints. Any suggestions, recommendations, or advice?

Levis 501s
Carhartt is good too
Acne Studios, Iron Heart
Orslow have some black jeans. Depending on your size, blue owl has a special edition of the 107 and 105 with some larger sizes remaining. Otherwise, I think the 107 has a regularly stocked black pair
501s do look good but a bit basic maybe?
Depends on what you're aiming for. Levis has different levels of quality, some pretty nice. There's also vintage MIUSA stuff on eBay.
Also, you can spend a lot of money on bad jeans. Guess how I know that. 😭
The fit and vibe of a pair of classic 501s is what everyone imitates, pretty much.
Vintage Ralph Lauren is worth considering too.
Orslow make amazing denim. You can check out left field NYC, their Chelsea cut is a slim fit selvedge
I like wrangler's stretch black denim, still has the texture of decent denim unlike Lee/Levi stretch denim under $100
Orslow 101 dad fit in black
I’m currently in London visiting family so might have a look at local options
There’s a few dedicated Carhart, Levis, All Saints, and other brands stores
Blackhorse Lane if you want jeans that are actually made in London for true "local option".
There's a shop in coal drops yard by Kings Cross (and a few other cool shops in that area).
That’s cool, but I imagine they’d be expensive
What's your budget?
200 AUD?
Or I wonder if I should wait till I get back to Australia and get a pair from an Australian brand
