Cult of the lamb Black screen as movies issue

Hi!! Wanted to launch the game again to check on the update, the first time I launched I remarked that the patch video did not display so it meant the problem was back. And indeed, starting a new game and going to the one who sleeps triggers the video but it does not display, only black (and a non functional "skip" prompt). I can't remember how I fixed it the first time, any clues? Gog version, using wine through Heroic, here are the logs (twitch integrated may have been active thus all the crap about the streaming bits): https://pastebin.com/CmvGifvn

have you tried using the option "Prefer system libraries"? most of the times that's the solution (EDIT: nevermind, I see you have that toggled already)

hmmm looks like mutiple launch attempts got mixed there now that things are written to the logs async (somehow I missed there was a log attached haha) I imagine there was an attempt to run it using proton, then changed to wine and another attempt hmmmm now I'm thinking there was one report like a month ago by a user having a similar problem before the changes with the async logs (I'm suspecting that something crashed and tried to log a message after the log was stopped, so the message got in the queue for the next start, and messages in the queue are appended after the system log) so that launch attempt is wine-ge, just an issue with the log, but the next line shows wine-ge-proton as expected, I'll do some tests but this issue is unrelated to that problem with the logs looks like some gstreamer issue reproducing those videos, there's a lot of gstreamer errors there

I tried with proton too, to the same result, and as the skip button doesn't work I have to kill it yea.
