I keep getting afk warnings due to issues with my computer

keep playing and qeuing and my computer is old so sometimes the wifi cuts out, sometimes it just shuts down and also sometimes my family time limit comes up. All of these things result to me getting a queue penalty and it is not my fault. is there a way i can appeal it or somehow get a whitelist or something like that? please this is reallly hurting my valorant experience
