use wine instead of proton, turn off dxvk-nvapi, turn on prefer system libraries, turn on esync and fsync, delete this directory
/home/kubu/Games/Heroic/Prefixes/Marvels Guardians of the Galaxybefore deleting the prefix, back up your saves

this is one of the only games that crashes with dxvk-nvapi
don't delete that directory yet

i change proton experimental and i use wine default-wine-9.0; turn off dxvk-nvapi, i have not turn on prefer system libraries, i turn on esync and fsync, and i delete this directory and i restore it

i launch the game but it crashes always at tee same time after the point of restauration

sorry but I try your recommendations but sometimes it is not done correctly, so here I used the options from the game I launch the game; a window for playing appears; low level options; play; program error window indicates to close the program;close; and the game stops.
I go to log marvel's guardians of the galaxy and the log remains loading indefinitely. I exit the log redone log with the right information

i have apply wine GE Proton8-25 and DXVK and VKD3D . DXVK-NVAPI Esync and Fsync off and go play now . i have a the window for choose options or play. i choose play (the options are all low) and a window wine error with no detail and i wait the window error close after few minutes and stop the game. Game issue: If your issue is in-game (so technically "after" Heroic), include the game-specific log file (Game Page -> "Report a problem running this game") with your message Just like the general Heroic log (see below), click the "Show log file in folder" button & attach the highlighted file to your message

it is the problem the file is too big 430Mio ! and no accept more than 1000 lines. i have no solution for that . the file has more 4 100 000 lines 💩 .i have make a third pate in pastbin with 900 lines

are you perhaps trying to upload the wrong file? Your log should not be that large if it really is starting and stopping immediately

i have relaunch the game with little time 15s , the file last play do 320 Mio and pastbin do not accept when i browse my this big files , but all the errors are in the first 900 lines are in the third pastbin, look the last lines of the last pastbin . the rest of lines (900 to 4 000 000 are quasi identical )

you have nvidia hardware, you should enable dxvk-nvapi probably.. but your gpu drivers are pretty out of date
i'd make sure you gpu drivers are up to date as they can be, enable dxvk-nvapi and try again
also make sure you've installed the wine dependencies.. i would also go to heroic's settings > advanced and click "Apply known wine tricks fixes automatically"

Yes after change driver nvidia 525 to 535 and reboot the game is ok without dxvk -nvapi but the video freeze when starlord wakeup in space at the beginning of the game. it’s a good begin. i change dxvk -nvapi on and i relaunch the game it’s ok. no video freeze . the driver525 don’t run correctly, i suppose.Thank you very much for your precious help.
