neon stun help

so right, when i entry with neon or take fights with neon im too scared to use my util beacuse im afraid for it to hit no one and it will be wasted when do yall think it's okay to use an ability even tho it might be wasted?

but then if i use them later in the round i wont have stun anymore to defend spike

if you cant plant the spike they will be useless and you have to use them to enter site

its good that u use it even if noone was there, why? becuase if someone was there then it would provide value unless your throwing it right intot he open where you know they cant be there but like throwing stuns on common angles you see people are holding from on site when excecuting, definetally throw stuns there if the enemy usually just gives you site for free, maybe you can save one or both stuns but that is incredibelly unlikely
