Brawlhalla [File not be found]
I installed it previously like 3-4 months back with Heroic only and this Game was working even though it is using Easy Anti-Cheat. But now, it is not working. It shows an error that [file not be found] in Legendary. Someone please help me.

- You're missing Wine Dependencies, follow this guide to install them
- Don't use

Installing the dependencies did move me a step forward but I cannot go further the login page of Ubisoft.... says an Epic Game Service is unavailable
I've seen that error a couple times, but wasn't able to reproduce this yet. Other users have had luck installing Ubisoft Connect into a separate prefix (using Heroic's "Add Game" button), then installing their game from it
Sidenote but, why even run this game through Heroic if it's on Steam?

ik and i used to play on it only but sometimes it gives bugs on Steam also
like not able to run properly when we click on 'play' button
me have to open it again, when it gets launched
and there's a process name [Vulkan Shaders which takes me 5-6 minutes to open the game
overall my games starts after 7 minutes (approx.) through Steam only
and sometimes it doesn't open correctly then i have to open it again
that's why i asked for help to get it launched through Heroic only
if possible please help,
i will be highly-highly greatful to u guys🙏
i will do step by step as u say to install Ubisoft separately
just give me commands if possible or any other way
and also this game runs better on Epic Games rather then Steam itself but there is no Epic Games on Linux so i tried Heroic that will help me to solve this issue🙏
The gist of it is:
- Download the Ubisoft Connect installer
- Click "Add Game" in Heroic, set the name to Ubisoft Connect, select Wine-Ge-Proton8-25 as the Wine version, then click "Run installer first"
- Select the installer you downloaded, follow its instructions until UC is installed
- In the Executable selector in Heroic, select UC's executable (it should be somewhere in "Program Files" in the "drive_c" subfolder of your Wineprefix
- Add the game to Heroic, launch it
- Install your preferred game through Ubisoft Connect (you can also tell it to install into the Heroic-downloaded location, it'll pick up the files already present)

Let's put it this way, there's nothing stopping it from running, and any issues you might encounter can be solved
