Unable to upload mod

I've had an issue trying to upload my mod, I've already agreed to the terms of service, but there's no publish button after filling everything out.
How can I fix this?

If the information in the pinned thread does not solve your issue, please post all log files by dragging and dropping them into this chat. In Steam right click on

tModLoader

tModLoader

in the library, then hover over

and click on

Browse local files

. In the folder that appears find

tModLoader-Logs

tModLoader-Logs

and open that folder. Inside that folder are the logs files. Select them all except the

Nvm it's fixed now
For anyone else, you need to go into windowed mode and readjust the window, then it should fix itself
