Cloudflare 1.1.1.1 or Cloudflare One ability to set DNS Location

It seems that it's not possible to set a DNS location when using 1.1.1.1 or Cloudflare One, rather the application uses the default DNS location. It would be nice to both have the option to set it manually and attach DNS locations to virtual networks so the correct location is used or have the ability to specify location + gateway virtual network as a condition on firewall policies.
