Restoration of UC, BP, Silver & Gift Items.
A good friend was hacked, we contacted all the supporters and got the account back last night. Now to the question, the hacker of course issued UC, BP, silver and gift items during this period, which are of course also listed in the support area under "Items". Does she have the opportunity to get this reimbursed? It was proven to have been hacked and was not in her account at the time.

No, you won't get that back.
