GDid you try installing/enabling onedrive? Right click on your documents folder and enable “always save on this device”
GAlso try finding the achievements.dat file and deleting that
Dstill doesn't work, and I had one drive and was told to uninstall it.
GDid u remove achievements.dat
Dcouldn't find it
JIf it still complains about onedrive, then windows thinks you are using onedrive for your documents folder. However you uninstalled onedrive wasn't complete
