Open Letter against open source models / Meta?

In today's meeting some people said that there is relevant researchers who want to talk against open source (or Meta?) but they don't want to lose social credit or something so we should do a letter in which signs are approved to be from important positions by a third party.

Correct me if I got something wrong

@Pato Vercesi This project went unnoticed but I do think this is a great idea. It would be worth researching if this already exists, if there are precedents

I'm personally not interested on this project but I created it because a lot of the time people give ideas on the meetings and seem pretty excited but then dont even create a project.

Maybe they forget, maybe they want other people to do the work and they just want to gave the ideas
