[T-shirt Fit Check] : Asket or UNIQLO Supima ??

Asket (S-Short, £35) or UNIQLO Supima ( XS, £20). Personally I prefer the Asket one, minus it's £35 price tag lol. Not only does it feel really nice, but it's also a little shorter (63cm vs Supima's 65cm) than the UNIQLO, and is actually white (vs Supima's off-white). Yes the shoulder seams for both could be higher, but it's the best ones I've tried when shopping. Thoughts? Ignore the jeans, I need to buy new ones that fit my silhouette better.

They both look pretty good my guy. You might want to size up one to account for shrinking that’ll happen cos of washing/drying. The length difference between the two of 2cm is almost imperceptible, but I’d go with the Asket cos it sounds like you like them a lot more!

Agreed with GT, I'd go a size up in these They both look a bit tight in the chest

Jesus lads, size up? Then it'd be too long (66cm). And defo the shoulder seems would be further down etc The S-short (above) feels/fits perfect on me, aka around the chest. Not constricting at all. If anything, quite airy lol This example pic (below) shows you the Asket one in an XS-Short. This was way too tight lol.

Asket do say for this T that it's Pre-shrunk. Looked up the definition, and apparently it has done the 'shrinking process' already lol

Yeah that looks two sizes too small

Ye exchanged it straight away for the S-short lol

How much longer is the medium? I doubt that it’d be that much longer Having a bit more length would help if you wanted to tuck it in too

Medium chest / short length is 66cm.

An inch or two longer would look totally fine

Yeah I also generally go for a bit more allowance in how a t-shirt fits cos they’re probably gonna shrink in some way. Not too familiar with pre shrunk stuff so it might not be a problem, but I’d still go a little bigger

Yeah finding the "perfect" t shirt down to the cm is really just not necessary I thrift most of my tees so lots of them fit differently

Notice how the first one the shoulder seams go well past my shoulders but the silhouette still looks good and it doesn't look constructive in the chest the way the ones in your post do

Ye interesting. I was going to say, the first pic of the white T, that length is perfect to me. That's the length of the Asket. in my pic. I mean I'd be happy to order a Medium-short and see. Just that the S feels great, not constricting. Who knows, maye it's photos lol Does it help that I go gym, have pecks(somewhat) and that could look like it's too 'tight' for me?
Bigelow

Yeah if your pecs are kinda built it can cause that fabric pulling in the chest/pits I'd be curious how an M short from Asket looks on you, ping me if you try one on Or an S from uniqlo

id size up. pecs are always going to be visible in just a tshirt, and the difference in length is basically nothing, but the allowance around your waist will affect how the shirt falls on you overall.

Third/fourth-ing try the Asket medium short.

Alright. Worth a shot. Maybe I'm also playing dumb, what anyone got a short article/video of how a T should fit lol? I thought I knew/felt what it should be like. Maybe I'm clearly wrong ha

Pay attention to how the fabric behaves. Generally wrinkling and bunching should be avoided and suggests it's too small. In a t-shirt most people will see this around the arm pits and lower back when the chest and waist are too small.

👆yeah you can see it the most clearly in the back shots, with how the fabric just under you armpits is bunch and pulling, indicates that the chest and armholes are small

Thanks thia makes sense when I look at it more. It should ideally drape down with no creases, which I clearly have! @GSH Hey mate, so I showed Asket Customer support the Asket T I was wearing in a S-short. They believed "that the M-Short will be very oversized on you". Do I still go for it?

I don't believe them based on the visual evidence presented here.

lol I kinda get it. But is it saying the Asket support is the guy on the Right? Is this also from the Office? Never seen it.

Parks and Rec but my point is that I'd trust the knowledge of MFA users over Asket customer support
