A little google-fu suggests:

I mean this is a bit of an odd place to ask a unity specific error so idk what you're doin' š
If you are asking for help and there are common ways of solving your issue but they do not work it is good to also provide that info when you ask.

Does anyone know what the problem is, i have reinstalled it several times. I've read that this can be caused by permissions / UAC but I am running as administratorš
im trying to install a editor so i can even get started to create a project, its worked before but i dont remember exactly why i had to re download unity or update unity and it just doesn't work anymore
