valorant stuck on loading screen when i launch

90% of the time when i launch valorant it gets stuck on the loading screen and i cant tab out or do anything to close valorant, i have to power shut down my pc for it to go away. sometimes it happens sometimes it doesnt and i really want to fix it. im sure my pc can run valorant and it runs it at close to 1k fps regularly so i know pc performance isnt the problem
