PUBG Mobile account hacked few years ago
Hi guys so I start playing PUBG Mobile on 2019 I think and I enjoy the game so much. I don't remember when my account was hacked I think its 2021. I tried to contact the customer service to file a claim but I can't answer the question such as "In the past 6 months, which is the highest Tier that you reached?" because I don't even know the activities in the last 6 months but I still remember my UID so I need staffs to help me get the account back. I can give more information to prove that it is my account.

Unfortunately your account is lost. Your account can only be recovered via the ingame support and within the 6 month period.
It doesn't make sense cause I can proof like the first name I used on that account or something

Sadly the current system works this way and humans are not reviewing chases. Also the first account name is no valid prove. Anyone could have potentially remembered it when you created your account.
Well I don't think other peoples know the email I linking before
and also the Facebook account i used to create this PUBG Mobile account
Its all the proof that the staff may check if they can do it
