PUBG Mobile account hacked few years ago
Hi guys so I start playing PUBG Mobile on 2019 I think and I enjoy the game so much. I don't remember when my account was hacked I think its 2021. I tried to contact the customer service to file a claim but I can't answer the question such as "In the past 6 months, which is the highest Tier that you reached?" because I don't even know the activities in the last 6 months but I still remember my UID so I need staffs to help me get the account back. I can give more information to prove that it is my account.
