Stuck in loading screen

In middle of the TDM match I got kicked out in the middle of the game, and it bring me back into the loading screen map, at first I though it was a connection error, but after waiting for 1 hour, the game still stuck in this loading screen. I have tried deleting the manifest debug files and delete valorant in %localappdata% and restart my PC, it still doesn't work. Does anyone know the solution? Note: When I change to another account, the account can play Valorant just fine, while my main account still stuck in the same loading screen even after I try to switch to another device
