- Exit Riot Client
- Task Manager -> End all Riot and Valorant process
- Re-open Riot
- Re-launch Valorant

MHave you tried uninstalling and re-installing Valorant?
SOpen cmd as admin. Enter each command one by one. netsh int ip reset, ipconfig /release, ipconfig /renew, ipconfig /flushdns, netsh winsock reset
